An independent review and recovery plan when a project has gone wrong. - **Business Brain Discovery** (From $15,000, fixed price once scoped): Interviews, group sessions and your documents go into a structured business brain your staff can query and keep current. You get a report ranking the opportunities found, with quick wins marked. - **Transformation Strategy** (From $30,000): Builds on the discovery brain using the Six Pillars framework. Sets a target state and produces a funded twelve to twenty-four month roadmap and a board pack. - **Accelerated Build** (Fixed price per slice, first release from $25,000): Business software built with AI, to production standard. A slice is a working increment you can deploy. You can stop after any slice and keep what has been built. - **Run** (From $750 a month per app): Ongoing support and hosting for a build once it is live, billed monthly with a minimum per app. - **Managed Hive** (From $350 a month): Your business brain runs on Aiqbee Hive by default, hosted by Advancer or in your own Azure, so your AI tools answer from your own knowledge instead of the open internet. Aiqbee was founded by Sean Davidson, and the offer is product-neutral. ## How an engagement usually starts Most Forward Deployed CTO engagements start with a Business Brain Discovery, where interviews, group sessions and documents are captured into a structured business brain, with a report ranking the opportunities found. An organisation that has already built an app with AI tools gets a prototype review instead, treating the app as a valuable prototype and pricing a fixed rebuild to production standard. ## Method Advancer's method has two parts. The Six Pillars framework sets a funded, sequenced technology roadmap. The Advancer AI SDLC (Establish, Define, Deliver) governs how an Accelerated Build runs day to day, directed throughout by a Forward Deployed Engineer.
